Taoiseach Micheal Martin launching Census 2022 at Government Buildings earlier this month

This morning.

Via Irish Times Letters:

I received my census form today (March 13) and noted many references to “Census Night”.

Would it have been a helpful addition to include the date of Census Night on the form?

Ah now.

Obviously it hadnt been agreed when it was going to print because of covid etc… they probably werent sure what date was plausible. The person that drops the census form in to your property tells you when and at what time you should fill it out.

Our details they’re keen to purloin
But when it comes to those in our groin:
    If we don’t self-declare
    They don’t seem to care
But will rank on the toss of a coin.

and for the love of god, and a hope of getting the government to stop licking out the church, if you are no longer practicing and don’t want that interference in your lives, tick ” no religion “. It’s top of the list , can’t miss it.

I can’t count myself as a regular churchgoer but I’ll not be ticking the ”no religion” box ever again. Look where that got us. Anyway, when the first Irish-born Muslim Extremist manages to get his truck past the quietly-installed barriers at the bottom of Grafton St, to slaughter some Infidels, I doubt if he’ll be accepting Census Form bona fides, it’ll be Allahu Akbar, all the way to Stephens Green.
Maybe the CIA won’t bother with Islamic Terrorism in Ireland though, who knows, they may have their hands full over the coming years?
