Heart Of Darkness

at

This morning.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson announcing a new immigration policy including plan to send some migrants crossing the England Channel 6,000 miles to Rwanda.

The majority of those sent will be ‘male economic migrants’.

More as we get it.

    Excellent news.
Australia has been processing illegal migrants off-shore for years very successfully.
This will allow Blighty to offer sanctuary to genuine refugees and not those who try to get in illegally just because they don’t fancy staying in France.
Although who can blame them ? The country is overwhelmed by Islamic migrants with 8th century religious and cultural morals.

      My thought exactly
It will also stem the flood trying to reach the UK
and also what we are not hearing about is the new routes for ferries to Ireland from france and Spain which is no doubt being used as a back door through Ireland to Northern Ireland into the UK viA Northern Ireland
All that he’ll only to end up in Rwanda scene of mass genocide
I would say the news is going through the illegal migrants like a dose of salts
      Well done boris

The corrupt Kagame regime taking filthy lucre to do Boris’ dirty work, no doubt standards in the processing centers in Rwanda will be exemplary – maybe they can be put to work while they wait to be processed, you know, like slaves. I love the smell of corrupt colonialism in the morning, smells like Blighty!

well, they’re getting a one-way ticket and being given support to create a ‘prosperous new life’ in rwanda, where the average wage is less than $200 per month.
there seems to be much hesitancy on behalf of the tans to explain how much more it costs to process asylum seekers overseas, especially since the australians have been at it for 10 years or so:

still, the daily mail readers are all pulling the belly-handles off themselves at the idea of ‘shipping off the wogs back to where they came from’. charger no doubt has settled down with his collection of nudie pics with patel’s face superimposed on them for an afternoon of rummaging down the front of the trackie bottoms.

The tans? whilst I agree with some of your posts, would you grow up an stop being a racist republican

      2. Dinkum

Scottser each migrant fighting deportation costs the UK about fifty grand a year to process them including legal fees
If they hand each of them 50 grand the costs of the years of processing them will save Britain billions
Jesus if the Britishgovernment offered me this to relocate to rwanda I would jump at it

    politically-motivated lawyers

so if they go after him they must be spiteful meanies causing a fuss and not concerned about the human lives involved? I’m sure Boris is delighted but this is right up Priti Patel’s street, goblin fingers tapping happily.

They should all be “processed” offshore on the channel islands – oops actually that wouldnt bode well for the millionaires using it as a tax haven now would it?

If Blighty had had to process all its Irish immigrants offshore over the years we’d have needed somewhere the size of, well, Ireland.
As it is the millions were welcomed with open arms into Britannia’s comforting embrace.
      And never went home.
Grand for doing all our shovelling for us though.

      1. paul

I suppose Brittania stomped and murdered its way across the globe, kicking over cities and civilisations to make a bit of money when those people displaced show up at your doorstep, it’s inconvenient. You certainly do own your victories, time to own the responsibilities as well.

        1. TenPin Terry

You do realise the magnificent British Empire brought tremendous improvements across the globe.
Indians would still be taking a dump in their back gardens if it wasn’t for the civilizing effect of Her Majesty’s loyal subjects.
Without Blighty’s help the Irish would still be eating raw turnip for their dinner.
And we were the first country to abolish slavery even though it was a nice little earner for us.
You can see why so many illegals can’t wait to hotfoot it to our green and pleasant land.
Well, they’ve seen how many Irish people have done it down the years.
          And never gone home …

          1. paul

lets ignore the genocide and famines then. Easily done when you write the history afterwards and bask in the glow of your own creation.

Right up there with the Belgian Congo.

          2. TenPin Terry

You do know the British Empire wasn’t the only one.
Countries like France, Spain and Portugal were all at it.
We just happened to be the best.
The entire Indian sub-continent was once run by just 90 civil servants in Whitehall.
Modern day India was entirely built on British infrastructure, laws and parliamentary democracy.
Here in Ireland there’s a reason it floods so much – the rivers haven’t been dredged properly since the British engineers last did it.
Instead the Irish economy goes bang on a regular basis because an incompetent political class haven’t been able to run it properly since we left.
It’s why we’re still bailing you out a century later.

          3. paul

oh absolutely, The Famine Queen and her family have a long (and wide) shadow. All those kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews, stirring things up all over the world. From King Leopold to Kaiser Wilhelm II and a little feather-touch on Tsar Nicholas. So many blots on history’s copy book with dear old Blighty contributing their fair share. You’d have to ask yourself, are England histories baddies? I mean, you’d see that flag coming over the horizon and you’d think “ah crap, we’re about to be modernised to death and then have the descendants turning up saying ‘you’re welcome’“.

      2. Dinkum

Tin man do not give the EU ideas
This country would make a great secure holding area to house all migrants into the mainland EU
Being surrounded by water means they are not wandering around Europe
I can see it now whole tented cities with big UNCHR writing on them from the ring of Kerry to the wild Atlantic way

PM Boris Johnson says he’s “confident” the new migration partnership with Rwanda will distract his dull witted supporters from his criminal offences and his ongoing campaign of lying to Parliament.

    1. SOQ

Never before in British history has a prime minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer had criminal sanctions put upon them. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the laws they broke were laws they made themselves.

No wonder he was so keen to be with the puppet clown in Ukraine – birds of a feather etc.

      1. TenPin Terry

        As ever you’re clueless.
A Fixed Penalty Notice is not a criminal conviction or ‘ sanction ‘ which would then appear as part of a person’s criminal record.
And FPNs issued under coronavirus legislation are not recorded on the Police National Computer.
Think of them more like a parking ticket.
Or penalty points for slow play in a game of golf …

          1. TenPin Terry

            Like you they’re wrong.
The relevant legal precedent over Fixed Penalty Notices was set during Regina v Gore and Maher [2009] EWCA Crim 1424

“Payment of the penalty involves no admission of guilt on the part of the person to whom it is given, nor does it create a criminal record. These are important limitations.”

          2. SOQ

Also in the English Independent of course.

Either way they broke laws that they introduced. Saying that they didn’t understand said laws, means they are either lying, or incompetent.

While encouraging people to report their neighbours for walking the dog twice in the one day of course.

          3. TenPin Terry

            No.
Paying a FPN is not an admission of guilt.
Nor is it considered a criminal offence.
A 9-minute appearance in the office with the rest of the staff he works with all day, no booze and an unopened birthday cake is also not a party.
I know you’re desperate to pin anything on Box Office Boris like all the other kneeling Anglophobes on here.
But you must know it provides enormous amusement for me every day.
            Keep it up Queenie !

          4. SOQ

They broke the law- otherwise they would not have been fined. Admission of guilt is a separate issue.

While people were being chased out of parks for sunbathing.

    1. TenPin Terry

      Heh, heh, heh.
All those coal mines Maggie closed down have lots of places to put up a few bunk beds.

Maundy Thursday is traditionally the day when In England alms are distributed to the poor by the British sovereign.
Looks like they’ll have to redraft Matthew 25:35

“I was a stranger and you deported me to Rwanda”

It’s a pity they didn’t bring in the new rules years ago and then we wouldn’t have to listen to pretty Patel as her parents wouldn’t have got into Britain

    1. TenPin Terry

As a child of immigrant Hindu parents who built up a chain of newsagents to achieving one of the highest offices in the land Priti Patel is a shining example of the multi-cultural and diverse society in the UK which affords opportunities and success to anyone.
That fellow Hindu Rishi Sunak and Dominic Raab, a Jew, are also able to become Chancellor and Home Secretary bears testament to this. Liz Truss may well become Britain’s third female Prime Minister.
As I frequently note on here, there are more people wearing caps than from ethnic minorities in the Dail.

    1. TenPin Terry

Fellow LEGAL immigrants are dealt with extremely fairly through the current system.
Why should illegal immigrants gain preference over those prepared to go through the proper process ?
All it does is encourage crime gangs to continue sending migrants on a hazardous and sometimes fatal crossings of the Channel.
Remember these migrants are coming from France and have absolutely no right to expect any different treatment.
This move will be massively popular in the UK despite what the usual suspects in the left-wing media and Sir Kneelalot say – none of whom have come up with an alternative plan.
If you want to get a taste of unlimited immigration you only have a few more weeks to find out here at home.

  9. Horsethieving Dopesniffer

Why would anyone in their right mind want to go there at this moment?
    UK, I mean.
