      What the actual F?

Vaccine injuries are funny now are they? No doubt this is some juvenile attempt at trolling so if anyone has to be injured- may it be you. Lets see how funny you think it is then eh?

      1. Shostoppah

        Same to you pal

The LOL was not directed at the content, but the context.
        Difficult to grasp I know.
The source is disingenuous. Publishing something that has existed forever as though it is some new breaking information. Vaccine injury compensation has existed for far longer than you got your knickers I’m a twist over nanobots and 5g WiFi interference.

      2. Nigel

You’ve been mocking covid and people worried about covid for two years now. It’s killed millions. Also, those symptoms line up conveniently with those of long covid.

        1. SOQ

If it has killed millions then how come those MILLIONS are not reflected in the over all fatality figures? Funny old mad dangerous virus then eh?

One thing that is reflected in the overall fatality figures is a direct correlation between vaccination rollout and death spikes but you won’t want to know about that now will you?

          1. Nigel

Millions of clinical deaths officially recorded – and to you they’re mythical.
??? of deaths based on unvalidated reports and a vague correlation – real as houses.

            The covid deaths are undercounted.

          2. SOQ

Over all deaths is the real figure and as you well know, there was NO increase during our mystical pandemic.

There was and is with vaccine rollouts however- unless you are going to deny that too?

            Probably.

          3. Nigel

Overall deaths is not the ‘real’ figure, they are estimates and come with caveats that they do not include covid deaths.

Correlation is not causation, just as unconfirmed vaccine injuries ahould not be taken as real.

          4. Cian

There have been over one million excess deaths in the USA over the last 2 years. Instead of about 6 million deaths they saw over 7 million.

These excess deaths are due to Covid. Not the vaccine. Covid.

        2. GiggidyGoo

Nigel – you say ‘ The covid deaths are undercounted.’
By how many (actual figures now) and if there’s a figure, then wouldn’t they be then “counted”?
Unless, of course, you’re making it up.

          1. Nigel

If they knew how many, then they would be counted, they just know that reporting is not consistent across the globe, and the actual number is likely higher.

          2. Cian

In the UK the headline figure for Covid deaths is 176,424 – this is based on deaths within 28 days of a positive test.

However, if you count deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate there are 192,464.

The “within 28 days” figure is an undercount of the actual Covid deaths.

“This is baseless offensive and wrong. Why do the Conservatives tolerate these anti-science extremists
        in their party?”
A spokesperson for the Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice campaign group told The Independent: “Every loss from either Covid-19 or the vaccine is a complete tragedy, however the ‘10,000’ figure Mr Chope cites is a discredited conspiracy theory.”
Vaccines have moved us out of the worst of the pandemic and saved countless lives, so to make these comments when cases are rising and vaccine take up is falling is extremely irresponsible. Frankly, it’s terrifying to hear in the House of Commons, where life and death public health decisions are being made.”

    So WHO passes the buck
This is crazy these two money grabbing capatilists that can sell our data to insurance companies
And imagine the problem then if you fail to notify the insurance of any reaction any injection any detail that could make any claim invalid
Nice to see though a precedence set for government paying compensation
Hope it arrives here so those who unknowingly took a safe vaccine which turns out to be a health risk makes the state pay through the nose
I remember the bully boy tactics by state and we were stopped from even earning a living as well
But alas my choice was to take the vaccine

      1. SOQ

Paying out on Covid-19 vaccines is. Also this:-

your mother was vaccinated against one of the diseases in the list while she was pregnant

        https://www.gov.uk/vaccine-damage-payment/eligibility

Pfizer’s new documents drop admits that pregnant women were not tested before release, yet authorities continue to promote it as safe- malfeasance writ large, not to mention liability.

          1. SOQ

I am saying that Pfizer did not test their CoVid-19 vaccine on pregnant women. Do you have evidence to prove otherwise?

          2. Cian

That is because medicines are very rarely tested on pregnant women. It usually happens only when the only purpose for the medicine is for pregnant women.

What does happen is trials are run on a cross section of people, and a small percentage of them happen to be pregnant/get pregnant during the trial, they see how they did. Or they check adverse events.

            https://www.cdc.gov/pregnancy/meds/treatingfortwo/research.html

          3. SOQ

ANY medicine to be used on pregnant women should be fully accessed to ensure no damage is done to either mother nor foetus. They are one of the most vulnerable demographics and to not do so is downright negligence.

In fairness, Pfizer are not entirely at fault here because they did state that the impact on pregnant women was unknown.

The authorities on the other hand, have and continue to say it is fine, except they have absolutely no safety data to back that claim up. How could they?

          4. f_lawless

Diagnostic pathologist, Dr Claire Craig is good at shining a light through the fog.

            https://twitter.com/ClareCraigPath/status/1522850936158400514

“There seems to be a concerted effort to flood twitter with lies or exaggerations around the Pfizer trial (as below[links to example]).

Presumably this is in order to discredit those who do later share genuine serious problems with it…

            Be careful what you endorse..
            [THREAD]

            eg.

..There were 270 pregnant women and they failed to follow up 238 of them. That is appalling but does not justify claiming the denominator was significantly lower than 270.”
[context: is referring to another person’s tweet that the 26 spontaneous abortions/neonatal deaths occurred from a total of just 27 pregnant cases during Pfizer’s clinical trials]

Regarding the above “Newswise” article, it’s a bit ironic to be supposedly calling out misinformation on one hand, but at the same time repeating Pfizer’s “95% effective” claim without giving the proper context that the claim is, in reality, grossly misleading to the unsuspecting layperson. 95% was the relative risk reduction but Pfizer’s clinical trials only showed an absolute risk reduction of 0.84%.

          5. Cian

            @f_lawless
Do you know what the normal outcome for a pregnancy is? A healthy baby.
Do you know how long that takes? About 9 months.

There were 274 cases of a pregnant women reporting.
            – 146 of these were “oops, the woman was pregnant when she got the jab!”
            – 124 had an actual adverse event. 49 were non-serious (e.g. headache/sore arm/fatigue) 75 were serious.

Of these 274 women , 193 women had either minor/no adverse events and you have to wait to find out the outcome:for the majority it would be until baby is born. This report was a snapshot – so (I’m guessing here) the vast majority of those women were still pregnant when this report was written – i.e. it was not possible to report an outcome .

I would expect a doctor to be able to explain this. But Dr Clare Craig is anti-vax..

          6. Cian

@SOQ you are resorting to quoting “Dr Naomi Wolf”? The renowned doctor (and conspiracy theorist) holds … *checks notes* a PhD in English literature?

          7. SOQ

Ah the old ‘she’s not qualified’ slur is it? It is data she is interpreting, not making medical diagnoses- a PhD in English literature is more qualified than most.

Especially with a pharmaceutical company attempting to cover up fraudulent activity.

You probably are going to say they have turned over a new leaf and don’t do any of that criminal stuff anymore I suppose?

          8. Cian

However, this is by no means the first time that Wolf has had her facts challenged.

“Her first, career-making book, The Beauty Myth, is well known for exaggerating the number of women who died of anorexia (Wolf stated that anorexia kills 150,000 women annually; the actual figure at the time, in the mid-1990s, was said to be closer to 50 or 60),” writes The New York Times book critic Parul Sehgal.

          9. SOQ

Yup- ad hominem attacks while completely ignoring the points made- the usual old BS.

          10. f_lawless

            @Cian

“so (I’m guessing here) the vast majority of those women were still pregnant when this report was written – i.e. it was not possible to report an outcome .”

            Wrong again I’m afraid.

It right there in her tweet: she links to a screenshot from the Pfizer documentation. 5 are reported as “outcome pending” ie. still pregnant. For 238 pregnancies “no outcome was provided”.
            https://twitter.com/ClareCraigPath/status/1522850966822924290

“Pregnancy outcomes for the 270 pregnancies were reported as spontaneous abortion (23), outcome pending (5), …. normal outcome(1) . No outcome was provided for 238 pregnancies.”

You: “I would expect a doctor to be able to explain this. But Dr Clare Craig is anti-vax.”

That’s a really cringe worthy comment. Showing a lack of critical thinking there. This is a person who has attended UK government Covid committee hearings as an expert witness; has worked as a consultant pathologist for the NHS; but what’s most plausible to you is that she’s indulging in some facile disinformation – just slap an “anti-vax” label on her and dismiss. Puerile stuff.

          11. Chris

“Showing a lack of critical thinking there.” I think it’s more a case of showing himself to be a disingenuous shill, but you’re spot on otherwise.

      2. Kin

And why not as it’s the first in Europe to be held accountable
Oh whoops they left the EU

        1. Fearganainm

It’s not a precedent because the UK’s Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 already provided a mechanism for the UK government to pay compensation for vaccine damages. The addition of consideration of Covid-19 vaccine damage claims is not, therefore, a ‘precedent’ with regard to compensation for vaccine damages.

          1. SOQ

It is a precedent in that it is an admittance by the state that the CoVid-19 vaccines cause death and injuries. That has legal implications way beyond the actual compensation payment.

An employee who was forced to take it in order to keep his or her job for example- who is liable there?

          2. Fearganainm

            It’s an admission of nothing.

“The government is taking this precautionary step in advance of a rollout of an authorised COVID-19 vaccine and in line with other immunisation programmes.”

Additional vaccine programme added to existing vaccine damage payments scheme prior to any vaccines being administered =/= ‘admission that the (not yet administered) Covid-19 vaccines cause death / injuries.’

            https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-to-add-covid-19-to-vaccine-damage-payments-scheme

          3. SOQ

If they pay out on a Covid-19 vaccine injury then by default they are stating that the vaccine CAUSED the injury- that is the whole point?

If that person can then prove they were forced into taking it- at threat of losing their job for example- who is liable?

          4. Cian

Further evidence that SOQ is anti-vaccine, not just anti-Covid-vaccine, but against ALL vaccines.

          5. SOQ

As you well know I am talking specifically about this CoVid-19 experimental gene therapy, with no medium nor long term safety data, which even had to have the definition of ‘vaccine’ amended to include it.

          6. Fearganainm

Up to the end of February, in the UK, some 900+ people had made claims with regard to Covid-19 vaccines. Out of the 900+ claims, none had, at that point, been awarded any compensation.

A Vaccine Damage Payment is intended to compensate for ‘severe disability’ (at least 60% disabled). Aside from establishing that degree of disability the claimant must also have medical evidence that the disability is, indeed, vaccine-related.

            https://cms.law/en/int/expert-guides/cms-expert-guide-to-vaccine-compensation-regimes/united-kingdom

          7. Cian

            You didn’t deny it.

Nothing you have said here is specific to the covid vaccine, and your arguments could equally apply to other vaccines. Either (a) you are anti-vax; or (b) you arguement is moot.

It is a precedent in that it is an admittance by the state that the CoVid-19 vaccines cause death and injuries. That has legal implications way beyond the actual compensation payment.
let’s reword for a different vaccine:
It is a precedent in that it is an admittance by the state that the MEASLES vaccines cause death and injuries. That has legal implications way beyond the actual compensation payment.

which is is? are you anti all vaccines? or are your arguments hot air?

          8. SOQ

This latest dump must have them worried eh?

But but we just didn’t have enough staff to release the documents you see.

Enough time and money to fight it in court of course.

  3. Kin

Wow talking about that they were to have an act in 2021
I suppose that will be delayed like the compensation scheme
Mind you government paid out compensation for the swine flu vaccine
    Maybe that set the precedent
I assume if there is meat to be picked off the bones our legal profession of bottom feeders are already on it like a cheap suit

  4. freewheeling

Gavi is headquartered in Switzerland – the only organisation (not a country) that Switzerland has given the status of diplomatic immunity.
An unelected, unaccountable, diplomatically immune, privately funded NGO – once kicked out of India for vaccine harms – to be given direct power overriding national governments around the world whenever it decides to declare a “health” emergency. If that doesn’t ring people’s alarm bells, I don’t what would.

  6. Kin

Freewheeling it’s not alarm bells they are sirens so loud you just cannot ignore them but hey we had a train station built over a decade ago and never used and it cost over six mill
Now it’s being refurbished at a cost of another four and a half mill
Then of course handing a religious organisation guilty of past institutional abuse against kids a key to the new maternity hospital that cost a cool €1 billion plus of taxpayers money and they will own it by means of a shelf company
So if our government is capable of the above
Not only will they comply but most probably give the gavi mob certificates of Irishness and freedom of every city in Ireland
