The man made climate change nonsense is so potent. Sees climate changing (hint, it does so all the time and this cycle has been modelled and predicted for a long time now) and decides on faulty data that we done it. We contribute somewhat but the total cause is far more complex and natural. This thing has been monetised, a good sign there skullduggery about, and most of the “measures” are strangely down to the beleagured citizen to pay for. The main solutions offered are not fit for purpose and the infrastructure required do not exist and wont for at least 30 years. Yet here we are in clown world… What gets me is frightening the bejazus out of kids and others, unforgivable.
Climate doesn’t change all the time – it changes OVER MILLENIA, or as the result of some dramatic event like a meteorite strike or a supervolacano. We’ve accelerated that to about a hundred years of drastic change, so far.
It’s weird that in a capitalist society, people being paid to do work in a certain area = ‘monetised.’ Wait’ll you find out how much money the fossil fuel industry has, and how much it’s spent denying climate change just so it could literally kill us for profit.
I bet that 30 years could be brought down dramatically if governments started treating the problem as seriously as it deserves – but the fossil fiuel money is so shiny!

Fossil Fuels are a misnomer – Potato has admitted this in the past.
They are properly called hydrocarbon fuels, abiotic in origin, producing cheap plentiful energy with the added benefit of producing CO2 as nutritious by-product – aka food for plants.

Plants were not short of carbon before fossil fuels were burned, and now there’s too much and it’s heating the planet.
Another byproduct of fossil fuels is millions of deaths from air pollution every year, also, gobal conflicts, rampant corruption, environmental devastation and microplastics in the food chain.

How much CO2 is too much CO2?
ATM it’s .04% of the atmosphere.
How does that control the other 99.96% of the atmosphere?
It’s the radiation from the Sun that heats the planet, not CO2.

I stupidly swam across a lake in Pokhara, it was hot and I was missing more than a cup of water to wash me bumbum with, paid for it with a week of violent vomiting and the runs, note to self …never swim in everyone’s outdoor toilet. My dignity is in a metal bucket somewhere.
