Thats devastating, poor family. I hope they get the backstards who did it
Great guard dog!
Inside job.
People are sc*mbags. Lowest of the low who rob house during funerals. And to take the dog??
We had people in our folks house last year for a family funeral to prevent robberies. But while we were in the house people smashed windows of cars park outside of people visiting the house.
I really hope they at least get their dog back.
too many peoples in that comment. I really need to proof read before posting comments!
youre angry, its ok
This is heartbreaking i hope this family get their dog back and these scumbags have a bad run in with karma.
In Southill? Can’t say I’m surprised.
Absolute bastards. It’s my number one fear. There’s almost nothing in the house that I can’t replace, with the exception of mementos of my father and old photographs – but having my dog stolen would just devastate me.
My sister’s house was broken into twice and it was the very first question we asked (and she asked when her husband called her). I’ll keep an eye on various sites – spread his picture as much as possible, make it impossible for him to be sold on.
Hope ye find them :(

Awful story
Checking up on the story of the Westie that’s been stolen has the following comments:
“Hi i am a manager who works in the store .and the first thing i done was report issue to Lucan garda Station.with the cctv footage however the owner didn’t leave any details as she was distraught and ran out of the shop looking for her dog.the guards can not act until the crime has been reported by the owner .which is delaying the situation ..so if any know s the owner tell her to call in to lucan guards .”
And even though they have CCTV footage of the dog being stolen:
“we cannot show cctv due to privcey laws”
I don’t know for sure if the second statement is true or not (Legal Coffee Drinker?) but ridiculous if this is the case.
