This would have been the shop that held Ireland’s ‘first’ 7D cinema – or so they claimed.
It had the normal 3D but then an extra 4 – wind and bubbles were two.
A hydraulic platform containing two rows of seats in a back-room, painted black, with a screen on the wall in front.
Sadly closed it doors and will be replaced by some artisan cafe nibbles no doubt – but it’ll never beat the 5 minutes of 7D pleasure!

That sort of classy joint sounds a much better fit for our national thoroughfare, O’Connell Street
scottser
capel st used to be the city’s main thoroughfare all the way down to city hall.
Jay
Yeah… 7Ds is a lot though. You can’t go too fast too soon with National Thoroughfares – you need to work up to that. Currently O’Connell Street only offers 4D rides, and some STD ones too.
Chris
Ah the ride, some craic. It will be a shame when it can no longer be bought legally. Down with the Swedish Model!

And one of the best Sushi bars in Dublin of course.
Good oul Capel Street…home of sex shops, tools and army gear.
Don’t forget the karaoke bars and illegal raves. Which are in no way connected. Hell no.
don’t forget the music instrument shops and luthiers.
And curtains… to wipe it on after.
and early houses…
And Korean BBQs, and the best restaurant in Dublin.
