How handy was it that one of Biden’s ancestors was from Mayo. Some researcher was probably told to find one or make it up. And always, a pub. A pint of Guinness, same old fairy tale retold every few years.
And behind all the smiles and rehearsed banter, an implied threat “Do as we say or your little island will suffer at our hands”.
