‘Small and functional Kitchen area’…’Keyless entry into the house and apartment’…’Studio Apartment with Two Double Beds’. Something is not right here. Also that ‘kitchen’ does not look functional…And as for the man with the hammer…

        Ya wha’

        WTF are you (Same’oh btw)
        One’ah the Mountbatten?

        Cabra is a great place t’live
        gentrification? That’s a very bitter word
        And totally unnecessary

        Shur’ you’d need half a mill to get a look-in on Old Cabra Road

        And in a sorta way Crumlin is it’s Southside twin
        And you’ll never hear the expression Rental Immigrants around here
        Once you become a member of the Common Bond
        You’re one for life
        Regardless of tenancy status or circumstances

        I can speak to this for many reasons which are none of your business
        And I’m certain Cabra is no different

          The more likely explanation. Nothing to do with the area – it’s the owners.

        So that they can come in and have a mooch.
        Anyone putting up a place for rent of these property websites should have to quote their PPS no. so that Revenue can have a file already open for them

      @BB

      While it’s still mental to be able to charge €1k a month for a chalet in Cabra, you are probably right, it would seem that teh AirBnb ban has added at least a few extra units to the market.
