Amazing man. History will remember this charismatic gentleman for generations to come as a focused, inspirational leader who stepped up and took the reins at a critical time and guided his people and his country through difficult times with wisdom and integrity.

Ha ha- that is what is called a CIÉ reference btw.

They are not allowed to give a bad one so they give one so OTT glowing as to be completely unbelievable.

The HSE will drag out COVID to cover up the incompetence of their management
Let’s face it they will keep people away from hospital using COVID as the excuse

This is a far more likely scenario than any of the doomsday predictions I read here.

The Irish government excel at incompetence, mismanagement, and half arsed excuses for the former two.

Sure that’s in direct contravention of the neo-nazi, fascist, totalitarian, humanity enslaving, tyrannical, globalist agenda. Is Mícháel … The STORM?

    Brave, Brave Sir Bodger?

    ANYONE?

    1. ANO

I know Bodger tends to make vaccine sceptical posts but it’s probably unfair to tar him with the Qanon nutter brush.

      1. Nigel

Sadly, he was a Qanon guy, a pizzagate guy before that, and a Trump Won guy since. Good luck getting a straight answer out of him about where he stands on any of those now, though, the global genocide is taking up most of his attention.

        1. ANO

If that’s the case then it’s a shame, the Internet can be a dangerous place if you take a wrong turn.

At least we haven’t seen any 5G Is Gonna Get You posts on the site yet!

          1. Truthy

It is indeed sadly the case. A pitiable character, him and his soft-shelled band of conspiracy minstrels.

          2. Nigel

He’s afraid of being mocked, apparently, which is genuinely the saddest part, though that’s somewaht mitigated by the fact that he’s not slow to mock others.

          3. Bodger

Nigel, you seem upset. I am not afraid of being mocked or ridiculed, as I prove every day, although it’s always unpleasant. I was speculating if I could withstand the reaction if I shared what I really think is going on.

          4. ANO

Broadsheet should absolutely be taking potshots at their targets of choice, it’s largely a content aggregator blog not a news site.

I don’t think Bodger should have to put his own beliefs on display, especially if he believes that’ll open him to ridicule but I’d be genuinely interested in reading about the philosophical journey that led to their development.

          5. Nigel

I don’t disagree, but I would direct you to yesterday’s ‘Conor Pass’ story and comments for an example of him mocking someone for writing about being mocked and attacked online.

          6. ANO

Conor’s a fair target (highish profile media personality) though I take your point that if you give it, you should really expect to take it.

Bodger did publish your response to him under that article that ruined him to be fair (the not like Ireland one).

          7. Nigel

            ‘Nigel, you seem upset’

I kind of am. The world is being confronted directly by bigger and bigger problems, and the people responsible are avoiding accountibility and preventing progress aided in part by a massive spread in conspiracy theories linked to political opposition to collective actions for the public good or government regulation of environmental destruction. It’s upsetting stuff.

‘I was speculating if I could withstand the reaction if I shared what I really think is going on.’

On the one hand, you obviously have to look after your own mental health and well being, and nobody should begrudge that. On the other hand, the oblique commentary and sly digs at others while concealing your own beliefs are not a good look.

          8. Bodger

Nigel, we know why you’re upset. The narrative you have supported here for two years with barely concealed nastiness is collapsing before your eyes under the weight of lies, corruption and evil. To which I say ‘diddums’.

Maybe not the hero we wanted but the hero we needed ?

Nah, he’s a muppet and the sooner we have an election the better but it does feel like Covid is weakening which is great news.

    1. Bob

      100% agree.

A level headed scientific approach to the covid situation with loads of common sense throw in for free measure.

The ‘Truth’ or as close to it is out there. You just got to wade through the manipulation to find it.

      1. SOQ

I have been posting links from John Campbell for the past year and have been repeatedly told he was just “some nurse on YouTube”. Now John’s views are considered middle of the road, which is a pretty good indication of how far the narrative has shifted.

John is an advocate of early intervention protocols, including hydroxychloroquine, and ivermectin of course. On a scale, he is closer to the US front line doctors than the rubbish the main media has been pumping out.

  5. SailorGerry

It seems globally, that the Covid 19 narrative has run its course for the most part, and is slowly being wound back. I am sure a good chunk of the freedoms lost will not return without a concerted effort from the public and I fear that will not happen.

The worlds wealthiest people made a fortune during the Plandemic, whilst normal working people and small business got cleaned out. Interesting video below that delves into the financial aspects of where the powers that be wish to lead us. They really do want a great reset and it will be most unpleasant for all of us unless it is resisted.

Covid was merely the distraction, the worlds biggest heist is the main event and that is still on schedule.
