It is understood that around 70 apartments are currently occupied and it may take up to three months before all tenants can return to the apartments.
”The Laurels” [built in 2006/2007], which overlooks the Dundrum Town shopping centre, was built by Pierce Construction for the Tuskar Asset Management group. Both companies have since collapsed.
