Muffin, who disappeared without a trace from Mark Bennet’s sick mother’s side this morning, is alive and as well as a one-eyed Shih Tzu living in Muillngar can be.

I understand you don’t normally do this but my Mums little black and white Shih tzu went missing today outside the Spar Shop in Ardleigh, Mullingar, Co Westmeath (a lot scragglier than the pic as she needs a clip). She was wearing a red lead. She’s a lovely little friendly dog called Muffin. She has only one eye due to being attacked last year by a stray dog. She brings great joy to my sick mother who is very distressed.
If anyone has any information please leave details. Even if you haven’t seen her please share this post with your family and friends. Someone must have seen her. Thanks for your help.

I realise you don’t normally do this but my bike was stolen from the junction of Mary Street & Jervis Street [Dublin] on Saturday morning …. I’d only popped into Penneys for a half hour….She was like my baby and what’s worse is I’m still paying her off with the bike to work scheme…. While it was nice of the thieve(s) to leave the lock behind it really isn’t all that without being attached to my precious…. If anyone has come across her please let me know…

I know you don’t normally do this, but I found this bag of books in the basket of a Dublin Bike I just rented today from Exchequer Street (the Coke is mine) at around 5.30pm. It has a receipt with a guy’s name on it (Anthoney Hanrahan) and he bought them in Chapters last Sunday evening, 7 April, at 6.19pm.
I would’ve dropped them into Chapters but I had to rush for a bus. Maybe someone knows Anthoney (that’s how it’s spelt); if so, I’d like to reunite him with his books.
