Having decided to visit on foot of rumours of financial trouble, O’Neill speaks with Sheelyn Browne whose family owns the estate and who runs it alongside her sister. Westport House supports up to 2,000 jobs in the region having been developed as a tourist attraction by the family. Neill emerges from the interview with some shocking news – the future of Westport House hangs in the balance.
