I think the battery will contain salt water, but it will still need to be charged just like any other battery. Claiming that it is “powered by salt water” is a bit of a stretch by them in fairness.
It’s a flow cell, not electrochemical cell. The difference is you can replace the electrolyte.

I’d be willing to bet that if you run it on sea water, it’ll break quite quickly, because of the complex nature of the salts in sea water.
I would expect that you need a very pure electrolyte solution – perhaps a specific salt, of specific concentration, in purified water…

Not sea water. Salt water. Nobody said sea water. Sure that’s full of creatures. Nobody’s putting that in a state of the art engine. That would be mad.
Four engines? So each wheel powered independently? Sounds like a lot that could go wrong. A bit OTT too but I like the progress at least.
It’s a motor, not engine. No such thing as an electric engine.
That yoke isn’t a prototype either. More like a mock up – a prototype would be working.
All of these design posts are the same, stylised concepts – only a person with zero engineering or technology nous would think them worth getting excited over.
