What is it with print journalists?

First Niamh Horan comes over all Rumpole on us . Now, it’s her former flatmate, Alison O’Riordan. An email from her has just arrived at Casa Broadsheet:

Message:
i would advise all images and defamatory posts about me to be removed
or i will have a lawyers letter in the post today.

Oh.

Friendly.

So we have to decide (as our lawyer is in rehab) if a post is defamatory and then take it down?

But by taking it down we acknowledge it is defamatory.

Our brain hurts.

Can you help us spot a defamatory post among Broadsheet’s Alison O’Riordan back posts?

The Pac Man arcade game is 30 years old this year.

Enter Pac-Man Championship Edition DX: with over 100 trippy-looking new mazes, challenges and all-new game modes. Namco haven’t named a release date yet but the game is apparently ‘coming soon’ to PSN and Xbox Live.

AIB is already facing 90pc state control, while it would take only €600m of fresh capital to put Bank of Ireland into majority state ownership. Irish Life and Permanent would also be majority owned, with only modest additional cash injections from the State. (Irish Independent)
