Jedi Dreams
atI have just sent this to Esso Ireland: “I went to Belmont Service Station, as I quite often do, to fill up with diesel, over €100 worth, but, before pumping I decided to check the air pressure in my tyres, only to discover that I was required to pay for the air pump use. Needless to say I left immediately, unlikely ever to return” I wonder how long this has been going on?

If you’re a fan of animation, this is top-flight stuff right here.
Directed by Matthias Hoegg when he was a student at the Royal College of Art in 2010, Thursday is an elegant and charmingly-told story about patterns, predictability and how the future is not so different from the present.
It was BAFTA nommed in 2010. You’ll see why.
