Well not really, if you look at the page you can clearly see that it was accidently set to €3,950,000 rather than €395,000 when changing from original price..
That’s one heck of a typo!
definitely something seriously wrong with it.
That’s just a mistake in the numbers. It was originally €450k and they meant to bring it down to €395k but instead put it in at €3,950,000.
Erm, Sniffer is a faster typer than I.

First listed April for €450,000
Changed end of August to €3,950,000
Typo corrected in September to €395,000
