I went up as part of a photography group – the organiser, Jeannie, got special permission from the guys in Liberty Hall. Apparently the public can access the balcony, but you need to organise it with the building’s administrator first – and then sign a liability document absolving them if you fall off the top (which is fair enough).
I like ! Made me a bit homesick.
Love them, nice work Piers.
Nice vantage point.
Can anyone go up, Piers?
+1
I came to ask the same question :)
Real nice!
Very nice work.
Thanks =D

So no doing a ‘Pauly’ when you get there.
Sound – will book that with my group too, CHEERS PIERS ;)
no problem – although if my camera fell I’d be straight down after it, I’ll tell ya that!
Is it as much of a kip on the inside as on the outside?
