A truck has broken down at the East Link bridge [Dublin] just where the north bound lanes merge after the toll. Long tail backs. People may want to take a different route.

Is that the bridge who lobbied against a left hand turn off the quays at the new bridge further down, so that people were more likely to pay the toll instead?
