   New tax heh. Well we all know it’s an IMF tax because they insisted on this in the Memorandum of Understanding which nobody in the media seems to talk about.

      The Memorandum of Understanding which says that measures in the Memorandum can be substituted with measures of equal value. Like standardising tax allowances on pension contributions for example.
