An empty carpark like that, is a lot of temptation to be an idiot.
There was no picket outside Dunnes in the Beacon shopping centre in Sandyford. Very disappointed to see store open some staff working and some people shopping- although fewer than normal!
A mate of mine just posted on FB that the staff at the dunnes in swords were asking people to come in and shop.
Was pleased to see the store on George’s Street completely empty this afternoon.
Cornelscourt was looking (successfully) dead when I passed earlier
boycott the bstds into the ground where they belong!!
North earl street had a fair few going in, sad to see with a picket outside!
There were a few in Henry St as well, the scab scumbags.
Dunnes in Liffey Valley seemed to have a successful picket outside. Passed by it a couple of hours ago and there didn’t seem to be anybody inside.
Irish people’s sense of entitlement “strikes” again.
How dare people expect to be treated like humans!!!
I was tempted to poke my nose in Stephen’s Green Dunnes to see if it was deserted but that would have meant passing the picket so I shelved my curiousity. No one going in or out though so that’s a good sign!
