‘sup?

Hope you can help! A 2-year-old girl has lost her best friend on holidays and cannot sleep without him! He is a Valentine’s Day red devil teddy bear with black horns and black cape. He was bought in Dunnes [Stores] about 7/8 years ago.

If there is anything that you can do to help us find his ‘twin’, it would be greatly appreciated If anyone has one of these devils lying around their house that we can have/buy, it would make a little girl (and her parents!) very happy!

Anyone?

Drag the picture file into google images search bar. This will bring up visually similar images so you might be able to find a site selling something like the red devil teddy bear. Good luck.

Then again it could be an ideal opportunity to explain loss and bereavement and discuss the transient nature of love and affection in human lives.

It was Transformers: The Movie (best film ever, btw) and the death of Optimus Prime that taught me. I was probably 4 or 5.

Wrath of Khan for me. Both with Leonard Nimoy incidentally.

But I watched Search for Spock right after so ‘s all good.

Will people never learn.. when you give a baby a soft toy to sleep with you need 25 spares in the cupboard and swap a different one in every night …

Don’t waste your time. My son lost his teddy on holidays some years back. He cried and cried so we got an identical replacement, but he was having none of it. It wasn’t the original and he knew it. No special smell and little marks etc that only he knew. He still cried and cried until he found a different teddy to love. Persevere with the tears and sleepless nights.
