    They are always there. The lad in the house beside the derelict shop feeds them. There is always lots of seeds outside the house and shop.

      Steven King’s ‘The Sparrows are Flying Again’ omen in his novel The Dark Half were much scarier than Hitchcock’s birds IMO, more psychologically thrilling, but I never saw King’s movie because the novel was scary enough.
