Today’s London-based The Irish World
How much?
Irish World editor Bernard Purcell writes:
e Kerry Association London (KAL), far and away the most active county association in the UK at fundraising with a firm belief that Kerry is the centre of the universe and some very successful backers – effortlessly raised £243,000 to send back to the county team. Just like Buddy Garrity and the boosters in Friday Night Lights…You have to raise your hat to them (for what it’s worth I’m a Northside Dub, via Galway and London so not partisan)…
FIGHT!

Our JP would find that down the back of the sofa and throw it to the Limerick hurlers.
But fair play to them, in fairness.
Seems like the money would be better used getting more kids G.A.A off the ground in England…
It’s not your money.
No doubt they also raised money for that.
In the meantime you prob haven’t raised nor donated money for anything.
Fair play.
