What you may need to know:
1. A group of outlaws are left stranded by a blizzard in post-Civil War Wyoming.
2. Quentin Tarantino’s second western in a row. He’s supposed to be retiring after another two movies, but he does tend to talk himself up.
3. A draft of this script was leaked back in January 2014. Tarantino shelved production and filed a lawsuit against Gawker. He shut their butts down.
4. This is the sixth collaboration between Tarantino and Samuel L. Jackson.
5. No Christoph Waltz? Shame.
6. Broadsheet prognosis: There will be blood. And lots of bad-tempered junket interviews.
Release Date: January 8, 2016.

Ah yiz can never have enough Westerns, even if they are Tarantino ones.
I love a good Christmas movie
Never quite hit the heights of Pulp Fiction/Resevoir Dogs again as he veered off into his fanboy film fantasies (i.e. Westerns/ Martial Arts/War) but Tarantino is always good for a solid seven/eight out of ten film.
Inglorious Basterds standing up there above the recent crowd and Death Proof well below!
I adored Inglorious Basterds. Everyone I know hated it but I thought it was tremendous. That opening scene. Yesssss.
I loved the opening scene too.
But then it got so cartoonish it was like a seven year old Tarantino smashing his Action Men at each other going KABOOM!
*his
The bar scene is great (affectionate parody, I believe), I enjoyed the movie.
I miss when he made movies like Jackie Brown :(
Samuel Jackson, the Uncle Tom of Hollywood. Another racist yawnfest from Tarantino.
Lovely scarfage on SLJ
Excellent. Let’s hope that Tarantino isn’t taken out by the NYPD as has been promised!
