Much easier to hold a lighter close to your nostrils, or wait till your spliff is about 4/5 gone, then take a a big pull and exhale w/o removing said narcotic from your mouth. It will flame up and remove the unsightly hair. There will be an unpleasant odour which may persist for an hour or two. I discovered both these methods by accident, but they work.
