Fine but I am sure that there are many non ‘proles’ who would like to own a horse but don’t because they don’t think they can afford to look after one.

every time i feel bad about assuming the worst of travellers, i am reminded why i assume the worst.
How do you know travellers are responsible for this as a matter of interest?
Let me just put it out there before this thread degenerates: I have no idea of the terrible person’s cultural heritage and would never assume.
Because the 12 horses that are on the bank at the moment, are from the halting site 300 yds away.
That may be true, but it’s a very irish thing for inner city kids to have horses so it could be anyone. No licence needed, no cleaning the street after them or my favourite one you get with the scum around my area…..Not stopping for traffic lights and nearly hitting people.

Plus was the horse dead before it entered the water? What does one rightfully do with a dead horse? (Apart from flog it).

It must be possible to remove trace the origin of the horse or their owners.

This is the same horse that was put out of its misery by a charity and apparently just left to rot where it dropped
