“I know you don’t normally do this but I left a pair of Bose headphones in a Dublin Bike basket that I parked on Herbert Street, Dublin 2, this morning at around 11am. They were a gift and I would love to try and recover them. They are black and in a black Bose bag. Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks.”
Anyone?
Did you leave them in a Boses Basket?

Ha!
Ha! Was there anything Ronnie Whelan couldn’t do?
Change his hairstyle apparently.
Sing the high notes in Do Re Mi?
Anyone else think it’s kinda unsafe to be cycling on the busy streets of dublin wear noise-canceling headphones?
And so weird that she left them in the basket while she was wearing them.
not the point, but thanks anyways!
It kind of is the point, Dav. She wasn’t wearing them. That’s why they were in the basket. If she had been wearing them, they’d have been wrapped around her head.
touchet!!!!
toushirt!
well my question still stands “Anyone else think it’s kinda unsafe to be cycling on the busy streets of dublin wear noise-canceling headphones?” I never mentioned her, the old headphones in a bike basket as opposed to in ones, pocket/bag/house had me thinking about such a thing.
Fair point, Dav.
While we’re at it, anyone think it’s kind of unsafe to stick your head out an airplane window when it’s coming in to land? And another one I often ponder – anyone think it’s unsafe to pierce your own testicle with a knitting needle?
Wow.
That is the dumbest thing I’ve read since Saturday.
Dav would like to ban deaf people from cycling on the busy streets of Dublin. While we’re at it we should ban electric vehicles or force them to include a speaker that booms out engine noises and removes their ninja-like abilty to sneak up on drivers who are busy texting and relying on their ears to warn them of oncoming traffic.
No just hearing people who think it’s ok to put on their music and ignore the sounds of busy traffic.
should have red “touchette”
do you mean read?
should have read “touchette”
Do you mean touché?
Touch it?
yes, but be gentle.
hang on, what are those red marks?
“They were a gift ”
It’s not like they were a unique hand-made piece of jewelry handed down the generations.
Be more careful with your stuff.
and it’s not as if it’s like the champagne gold iphone 6 with “sentimental recordings” on it that somebody misplaced before christmas – because everybody knows champagne gold is where it’s at.
They were a gift for the person who found them!
Gone.
They were a gift, that is accurate on so many levels isnt it.
