Is that Simon Harris’ hair in front of Enda? Or is it Jack Chambers sitting on the wrong side?

So what actually happens now? Presumably no-one gets to be Taoiseach. Do they go to the park and have Higgins knock some sense into them or what?

SF and AAA wasting time….always there to provide an argument and do nothing constructive but say no and smirk in your face.

Jesus just imagine barret as Taoiseach, love to see him try. His shouting routine on the likes of Merkel and Cameron and see how far it gets him, the fact he’s even being nominated shows what a joke the independents are that he’s who they chose

Mary Lous suit is not flattering. I wonder if she’d like the number of my personal shopper at Pamela Scott?

I wish she’d get a refund on that public speaking coaching she’s done too.. she sounds so f’in whiney. Was it Prone who coached her? Someone said that to me once, that she got coached by the Proney wan.

RTE news earlier with Catherine Murphy, Jan O’Sullivan and Mary Lou.. the other two talk in a normal tone and you have Mary Lou talking like she’s at the pulpit or something. She’s talks like the whiniest school principal ever.
Ever word is over pronounced like she’s talking to simpletons. I can’t believe she’s like that at home, or she’d be divorced.. ‘yes, dear, we need to be clear on muuuters , thaaaaat’s the spoooot, keep it up’.. I don’t think so.
It’s very off putting to whatever she has to say.

Part of me is fascinated by all of this, another part of me wants to dig up the garden and get the spuds in fast so when it all does fall apart, I’ll have a crop ready.

why … after everything .. did FG stillg et most votes in the GE, and Kenny still end up being Taoiseach? that ‘maybe i like the misery’ Mrs.Doyle meme is spot on.

Probably some poo about us having the fastest growing economy in the EU. Fupping FG and Kenny thinking they can get away with that.

It was very much just going through the motions today. Are these people still getting paid while the gay marriage is arranged? Nice number!

I have gained (some) respect for Noonan now that he has urged a speedy formation otherwise the country will suffer on the bonds market. I still don’t like him of course.

Mary Lou looked well, suits the dark colours. Unless she has the angry head on in which case it will be a vivid red outfit I expect, which will be most of the time. Yes that is a sexist comment… so sue me.

Pretty sure Ruth Coppinger has Angry Head trademarked for usage in Leinster House and it’s environs.

When she smiles, you’ll know capitalism has been vanquished forever.

The more competition for that title the better. Maybe BS could do an ANGRY HEAD sort of weekly thing. Not filtered snippets from RTE but real deal?

Lets count the abstentions shall we.
    Kenny 7,
    Martin 7,
    Adams 18,
    Boyd Barrett 38.

First vote of the 32nd Dail. Its basically a binary issue Yes/No. but yet we already have a total of 70 abstentions. Don’t we pay these people to have an opinion?

I love how witheringly angry Kenny and Noonan look, while Gerry looks totally amused just to be there.
