Broadsheet Trailer Park: Peaky Blinders Series 3

Peaky Blinders 3

What you may need to know:

1.
Oh yes. The Shelby brand goes global.

2. Series 3 opens with Tommy’s wedding. But is the blushing bride Horsey May Carleton (Charlotte Riley) or Grace “will I stand up on a chair and sing a song for you, Tommy” Burgess (Annabelle Wallis)??

3.
Tom Hardy returns as psycho Alfie Solomons and Paddy Considine debuts as the Blinders’ new nemesis, a dodgy priest (fancy that).

4. Major Campbell (Sam Neill) is surely a goner. To be shot once is unfortunate etc..

5. Quite simply, Peaky Blinders is one of the best things on TV. If you’re not on board yet then Series 1 & 2 are on Netflix.

6. Broadsheet prognosis: Take a little walk

Release Date: May (BBC).

I lost interest in season 2 as I found it to be a bit over-stylised but I’m going to give it another go, you’ll be all happy to know

Walking Dead is just Dawsons Creek with Zombies.
Boring unrealistic relationships and deep thoughtful stares into the distance.
Lost it’s edge after episode two or three of season 1

      1. Deluded

Haven’t watched it but I will be sure to plagiarise your comment should the topic be raised.

    2. Anne

‘Better Call Saul’ season 2 is out at the mo… it’s up to episode 9.. Tis fairly good.

‘Ray Donovan’ is very good too..it’s going into it’s 4th season. Well worth watching.. that’ll keep ya going for a while.. season 4 isn’t out till June I don’t think, so you’ve a few weeks to watch 3 seasons if you get into it.

  2. Starina

I hope he marries the horsey lady. I’m sick of Grace.

    What is this?
    Lovers’ Corner or something?

I haven’t witnessed this much affection on a public forum since TwentyMajor.net folded in 1962.

    Can anybody join in?

    Grand.
    I love ALL of you.*

    Happy Birthday What’s-‘er-name. Meadow-something. I forget.
Best of luck in your endeavours, Bertie and Starina. What a stroke of luck that you aren’t both chasing the same fella!!!!! That would be crazy!!!!!
Cheer up Anne. It might happen. It probably won’t but it might. It won’t.

About sticking you in a limerick with no proper last line. I just couldn’t be bothered.
