Have you ever noticed the chameleon-esque grey streaks running through the guy’s hair? Sometimes they’re there and sometimes they’re not. It’s almost like the grey is sprayed in to make him look older or something!

Children are notoriously bad builders, I wouldn’t give them the gig at all. Too small and they cry a lot. At least see if they can manage a simple block tower before going whole hog and giving them the hospital contract.
Or at least get some Polish children in for the job.
They charge too much now, I think the Romanians do you a better deal and work all hours the Lord gives them
