   That’s a free clamp for the owner of that bike, could come in handy some day for ones car or for someone else’s.

   There’s a big campaign to highlight lack of access for wheelchair users and others with access needs, so in that light…. why would you permanently lock a f***ing obstacle in place!?

   Also, how do you follow-up with the owner? “Pull up all grey bicycles with two wheels….”
