  Does your comment not count as a whinge?
  I’m not sure if it does or not. It does meet some of the criteria in the definition below.

  But I don’t know, your comment is short, which makes me think it might not be classifiable as a whinge. (I’ve always associated a whinge with something lengthier.) But if your comment is one of a few short comments you have made, of a similar ilk, then maybe it does count as whinging. See what you think.

Is it just me or do comments not actually show up instantly since this change?

It’s not like they’re in moderation, they’re just not visible immediately
