Maybe it’s like one of those surprise Rolling Stones gigs where they list the gig as “the ragin’ ferrets” and everyone is like ‘who’? Pffffffff. Then the next day everyone is kicking themselves because they missed the stones in a tiny venue
Or maybe it’s just a poor line up?
Or maybe you are just ignorant to the stand up comedy scene in Ireland and you were expecting to see Dara O’Briinn or Neil Delamre or someone on the list. The last comedy gig you went to was probably in the Laughter Lounge in 2006.
For what it’s worth, Lisa Carey is one of the funniest comedians I’ve seen in a while.
