      Nope. Nobody was told about it on the street – business, shops, cafes etc. While it was a funny distraction for a couple of hours, I know plenty are pi$$ed…

          Oh the Garda took joy in that one alright but schure he was following orders.

          I wonder will the cyclists get the price of their locks back? Seems fair if there were no signs up warning them that people more important than them were on the way. .

    a bit unfortunate tho to be fair he didn’t twisht it off & damage the frame in the usual way for those U locks…at least the owner can get it back down in Store St.

    suppose would be very easy to hide a device inside of a bike frame
