I wonder will the cyclists get the price of their locks back? Seems fair if there were no signs up warning them that people more important than them were on the way. .
a bit unfortunate tho to be fair he didn’t twisht it off & damage the frame in the usual way for those U locks…at least the owner can get it back down in Store St.

I hate to think what the blushirts have ordered done to any of the many homeless citizens that sleep on the streets
