there is literally something wrong with that. Using dark facebook ads for elections is illegal, for obvious reasons. Then to bemoan the envelope shows Harbisons morals for all to see. What Gallagher did, didn’t bother Harbison, and he seems to wish it hadn’t been uncovered so that he could claim to have won Gallagher the election. If you don’t see anything wrong with that there is no point explaining.
