Sad day… RIP John Reynolds… thanks for the POD nights, the EP weekends and All Together Now :(
Very sad. Most creative promoter of his/my generation. He’ll be very sadly missed
WOW. Didn’t expect that when I initially saw the post. He was one of the good ones. Thanks to him for the EP. maybe not the current EP but certainly the first 3 or so (please correct me when it was taken over to what it is now)
really sad. was hired and fired by john in the space of 5 hours one day years ago – pleasant and kind for both.
Didn’t realise he was also behind Boyzone.
Fair play to him. Really had the edge in the music game.
Back in the day Louis Walsh was going around Dublin peddling an investment in a boyband. IR£10k is what he needed. Everyone laughed and then laughed even harder after the Late Late debut. Funny how things work out, John Reynolds must have been pissing himself laughing too.

ah no
A sad loss for music lovers. I’d bet the majority of the country has gone to a gig organised by John Reynolds. My deepest condolences to his familyfor their loss.
You aren’t supposed to speak ill of the dead, blaming him for Boyzone is in poor taste.
How sad. He did so much for the music scene. RIP.
Oh my god. That’s a shock! I met him a couple of times, the POD complex was the best and it wasn’t right how he was pushed out of Electric Picnic after all of his work on it — a true labour of love. A true powerhouse of music. Thanks for everything, John.
