   Is anything else scheduled to move in? Another pub, a restaurant? I’d have thought its pretty prime land, it’d be surprising if it stayed unoccupied long.

      its to be a wetherspoons. sweet for anyone in the area. cheap pints and grub. all decent. bring on spoons! more n more. flood this country with spoons. bring the brits back. we’ve made a hash of it. no one can afford the rent or a pint to drown their rent sorrows. let the brits take over again, and get spoons in.

      we should all be able to agree that 5.50 for a pint of Guinness is a bit of an ask for the average person who wants 5-6 pints a couple of nights a week…wetherspoons is better than home drinking
