I’d bet the National College of Ireland (DOB lecture theatre) or UCD (O’Brien Centre for Science) wouldn’t have the cojones to display this.
In fairness, it’s a fairly flattering rendition of redacted. A facsimile of his greatness as displayed on his way in and out of the High Court recently would require a few more cans of white paint.
