Frances dreading someone’s going to ask her a question about her record in the Department of Justice, her treatment of Maurice McCabe, the cost to the taxpayer of his damages and the Charleton Tribunal, the 2 million faked breath tests, the 15,000 unsafe convictions, the 3,500 Gardai who face prosecution for failings on child crime, the Templemore financial irregularities, the Garda HQ financial irregularities, her incessant promotion of Noirin O’Sullivan, her misleading the Dail, her suppression of material that should have been disclosed to the Charleton Tribunal and her attempts to sweep it all under the carpet.
Mark’s just worried someone’s going to ask him to name a bridge on the Liffey.
