But the council insists it’s not true
That a high pressure spray
To keep shaggers away
Is something they’re planning to do

    One of the best pieces. Meanwhile the Dublin City Council is complacent and declines to replace several city centre public loos that have been closed down in recent decades. It also declines to open public bath houses where visitors can maintain basic hygiene.

    There is a fierce amount of dogging going on at Dollyer and the beach is also regularly subject to sewage shutdowns when it rains. W

    Why is DublinCityCouncil welshing on a solution like this?
