    If someone spoofs your IP address the data does not end up on your device.
    It should appear from the server side that the requests are coming from your IP address but it wont magically find its way on to your computer.

    It is possible but improbable. Ultimately anything that can happen will happen, so who knows. He’s an idiot for tweeting about it in any case.
