Dublin Bread Company, O’Connell Street, Dublin 1 in 1901
Bringing the history of Dublin City back to life!
My 3D animated photo showing the remains of the once majestic Dublin Bread Company on O’Connell St. after the 1916 Easter Rising when British artillery including the gunboat, the Helga shelled the city.#Dublin #Ireland #DeOldify pic.twitter.com/pX559ZLjZl— Rob Cross (@RobCross247) February 6, 2020

Is that McDonalds now? Think the arched windows are still there.
Ulster Bank on the opposite side? O’Connell Monument poking out in the top picture.
Indeed!
The bread became toast.
Cigarette advertising on a chimney. Genius!! Great picture.
I particularly liked the printed cloth awnings.
Some quality headlines today guys, but this wins!
I’d never heard of this building before, what a shame it wasn’t rebuilt. It looks almost like a Gaudi building from Barcelona.
Probably a great view from that viewing platform too.
Beautiful headline. Gorgeous building too!
