Went downstairs there and my wee girl pointed at the TV said “that man looks terrible. Does he have Coronavirus”
“No” I said. That’s Bob Geldof. He always looks like that”

Ah here.
This morning.
BBC News.
Bob Geldof said he doesn’t have the coronavirus but will self-isolate anyway apart from a pre-planned family gathering.
What a complete character.
Meanwhile…
Wow. Media covering the Coronavirus. Propaganda at its finest. pic.twitter.com/8AueSWaEGx

However annoying he may be, however I may risk breaking a leg rushing to switch the radio when he’s on doing anything but singing, I can’t unforgive him for rushing in to put the loving arms of family around his ex-wife’s little child. A kind and decent annoying boo boo.
Spot on.
Whatever you think of him, that was a wonderful, selfless thing to do.
referring to what?what did he do? I don’t understand if this is ironic or not?”can’t unforgive” what the hell does that mean?
“rushing in to put the loving arms of family around his ex-wife’s little child” is what he did.
Bob had 3 daughters with Paula Yates.
She left him for Michael Hutchence and had a daughter (Tiger Lilly) with him.
Within 4 years both Michael Hutchence and Paula Yates were dead.
Bob adopted Tiger Lilly so she could be with her half sisters.
Thanks , that clears it up then. I honestly thought for a second Kingfisher meant (and we are talking about Bob Geldof don’t forget) that he ran over to give her a hug during the funeral when he saw cameras pointing his way. (before disappearing up his own botty-bumkins and re-entering the Bono dimension) and that Kingfisher was being ironic because he used the term “can’t unforgive” which doesn’t make sense in any context literally or satirically.
Broadcasting live from the Republic of Kent….
rude
From the top to the bottom of this page, it’s all hilarious, we are all going absolutely turducken bonkers!
I have a feeling this is just the first thread that will unravel from the rich patchwork quilt that is BS commentators,
which patch are you ? I’m the slightly jaded cross stitch satin that shrunk on an ill advised machine wash
Well that settles that!
Begrudgery. It’s a virus.
He doesn’t have the virus but is going to self-isolate anyway….
Sure he lost all his money in that Live Aid thing.
