Meanwhile, In ‘The Response Hub’

This afternoon.

Grangegorman, Dublin 7.

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar (right) and  Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, Eoghan Murphy (second left) visit the HSE Dublin Covid 19 ‘response hub’, equipped with the latest Dell laptop.

The hub is coordinating the response to Covid-19 for the ‘homeless population’ across the of Dublin Regional Homeless Executive Area.

Casual Wednesday obviously.

Hope the battery life is long – on a table in the middle of a room with no power point close. Hand basin too. Is the hub a canteen?

I get the impression that Varadkar just kicked in the door shouting “the LADS are HERE!!”

EDIT: In that second picture, Paul Reid needs to back off another bit.

Odd look and stance from Murphy – almost like “have they finished throwing the shoes yet?”
