   We’ll find out by FOI in six years that a Denis O’Brien ‘linked’ company got a no-bid contact for 72 million ‘Covid 19 Compliance Officer’ bibs, but they all had to be binned after 12 months because they failed a health and safety audit. Flammable or some sxxt. Watch this space.
