Looks like a ford consul.
I see the railway bridge has t a truck jammed under it.
More like Sunbeam Rapier saloon?
I’m always struck by how streetscapes in these old photos are so wonderfully empty of traffic and the plethora of clutter and signage and rubbish.
Looks like a sunday. Fellow with suit crossing the road, and another fellow in white shirt and tie at the car. Mass and all that.
and… life.
Hasn’t changed much. He’s coming from the pub towards what is now Blackpool Shopping Centre
