That’s a great shot, might try to recreate with acrylics (not great with oils).

Ah here! I did say ‘try to recreate’, I did not say ‘will recreate’…. :)
Seriously though, have always loved painting but not very good at it. Wife never tried and I think last year we had some spare time and she asked me to show her the basics, suffice to say we ended up with a rather gifted painter in her while my stuff usually just gets painted over until the canvas is stiff as a board…. :(
Having said that, I do know enough to know that picture would make for a particularly straightfoward (if not necessarily easy) recreation for those with lots of passion and little talent so if I could coax herself to pick up a brush I might submit that!
