That woman is a liar and a toad of the highest order. And she may have committed fraud with insider trading and stocks at the start of the pandemic in March. She is appalling and corrupt. I hope Raphael Warnock wins.

“We are going to find out…” So she is saying she hasn’t found any of that out. I see.

Telling people who voted for Joe Biden that they didn’t vote for Joe Biden seems like a bad way to get elected.

Reckon we could throw together some voting machine software V? Find a backer or two, add bonus “your guy wins” features and make our fortune?

Nice that the Trumps are putting on a show of unity. Using the same colour foundation is surely a subliminal message.

These assertions are getting more bizarre and nutty every day. Now it’s the Chinese done it. When will it evolve to space aliens?

why are they still being allowed go on about this nonsense? why do people have to still stand there and listen to completely made up rubbish? “ok you’re a senate in Georgia .. well if you keep addressing people with conspiracy theories and refusing to accept who the elected president will be, then you’re not fit to serve. off ya go.” she’d simmer down quick enough after that.

Thing is, they can’t do that. There’s no real party whip to tow these lunatics in line so anyone can be nominated and elected if they have the votes. And as appalling as it all looks to the rest of the world, there’s a sizable chunk of idiots in the US who believe this crap. They really are a stupid people.

Anyway, I think it’s all for show. Trump wants this controversy to go on as long as possible, because he’s getting millions in donation to “keep up the fight”. When that fight is well and truly over, he will have millions left over, what’s he going to do? Give it back?

So if/when Joe takes office you got 70 million Trump fans convinced that there was election fraud as well as half of Joes supporters realising that he’s lied to them to get what he wanted. Gonna need a ton of popcorn for all this.

I see Joe Biden just won the third count in Georgia. And a bunch of Krakenkases got thrown out of court.

Fascinating clip of Georgia Senate Democrats chairwoman Elena Parent discussing vote machine hacking during a Senate debate in 2019.

She vehemently opposes the contracted purchasing of new voting machines set to be used in the 2020 elections, explaining that the new machines are completely unfit for purpose. – vulnerable to malware and essentially “un-auditable”. While she notes that similar concerns have been raised by both Republican and Democratic party members, she finds it “deeply troubling” that the contract is nevertheless being approved, concluding that “corruption” must be a factor.

“We need the people of Georgia to believe in the process and right now (March 2019) they are unconvinced”

Yeah, and now the same administration that ignored those warnings is using them as a perfectly transparent pretext to overthrow a democratic election along with a massive barrage of lies and disinformation.

If you agree with her assessment, then by extension you should also agree that the best way forward at this point is to conduct an open and forensic examination of the ballot counting in order to try to restore Georgian citizens’ trust in the integrity of the electoral process – regardless of whether they’re Republican, Democrat, Greens, etc . If you can’t see that, then what can I say, maybe there’s no point trying to reason.with you?

        1. Nigel

Sure, why not? But the real threat to democracy and to faith in the electoral process in the US is Republicans attempting to overturn an election result by blatantly lying about voter fraud with absolutely no evidence whatsoever, so an open and forensic examination is not going to appease them – they just want the result overturned and they don’t care how.

The Russians wanted Trump in so he could to sow discord, well they’re getting it in spades. Money very cleverly spent.

  10. ReproBertie

Kelly Loeffler knows that if she calls out Trump’s garbage for what it is, she loses the vote of his base in the election. That’s all this is. Unfortunately for her, the more Trump and his cronies cast doubt on the Georgia count the fewer of Trump’s base will trust it enough to bother voting in the January election.

    42 days.

You can’t trust these guys as far as you could throw them, no credibility.

Until Trump’s team claims this in court and gets a judgement, I will consider this more right-wing conspiracy propaganda. OAN, don’t make me laugh, the tiny news network that achieves the impossible — making Fox news look good
