A Limerick A Day

US President Donald Trump asked the Georgia Secretary of State to “find” votes to overturn the election results according to an audio recording

If at first you don’t succeed
Call someone in Georgia and plead
For them to help you
In staging a coup
And forging the votes that you need

The Trump reality show stumbles on, the finish line is in sight, but will he implode before reaching it? Tune in to find out tomorrow!

He is deranged, but you can’t say he does not entertain. Surely this is an impeachable offence worse than Nixon’s tapes?

Those are just some shapes someone scribbled on a page to keep Donald entertained while the grown ups are talking.

There are a few Republicans who will put their fear of Trump’s base ahead of their loyalty to the US but there are not enough, nor do they have the ability, to prevent Biden being inaugurated. To put it another way, nothing can stop what is coming.

Mitch is after playing a masterstroke here

in the next month or so Mitch McConnell will be the defacto head of the Republican Party
Its becoming clearer and clearer, to me anyway
            they all wanted Trump gone

Watch Cruz and a few others now start to tee up, and tone it down

they all now know there are over 70 million non Democratic Votes out there

    You know what
    The lad in Georgia

should have hung up on him

    Impeach him
    Biden will pardon him
    same sh.t different bucket

a better discussion would be into how ‘Merica runs its elections
not the candidates or the campaigns

    Stay tuned

I think tis falling apart tbh

The Pence twist (that that’s not the real Mike Pence in the Veeps office) will surely run all that carry on aground
if that doesn’t – it will be all the crypto currency scamming catching up with the main provocateurs n’ fakers

In fairness – I was really hoping the JFK Jnr one was going to come true

Mitch will be very interesting to watch now I reckon
He’ll start to play Cruz and Pence (the real one) off each other
of course Pence will out fundraise them all, and that’s all that really matters

          1. ( ̄_, ̄ ) AKA Frilly Keane

And I was one of them Nidgie

until I saw Mitch come into his own there in the last 4 weeks ish
it was an eye opener really

like, once Biden is sworn in
ok IF Biden gets sworn in

Mitch is the head of the Republican Party
and they know there’s 70 million plus votes out there
and billion$ available to get them

If the genuine We the People believers want a new conspiracy
            here’s one
The Trump family are going to split –
            behind The Dad
or behind – my guess Eric

            and so will those voters

            The next 18 – 24 months
watch Cruz, Pence and one of the Trumps start to build
maybe a forth – Sidney Powell will fancy her chances, she’s got more balls than the lot of them, why wouldn’t she

            This is now big business
            watch the market open up

That phone call is (unintentionally) one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard.

“Have they replaced the machine parts with other parts?”

      1. Nigel

Why would someone who has proof of massive voter fraud, but who hasn’t shared it with anyone, phone an official looking for votes with threats and whining? To call the internal logic of this fuzzy is an insult to felt.

        1. ReproBertie

He was recorded on the phone asking if they had proof of the fraud which makes his position look even more pathetic.

So, when the 6th passes without incident, will that be the end of it? Or do we have to wait for the next thing?

          1. ReproBertie

“If Joe Biden is going to be sworn in as President why did he cancel his inauguration parade?”
For the very same reason he didn’t hold massive rallies, the Coronavirus pandemic.

“If Kamala Harris expects to be Vice President why has she not resigned from the Senate?”
There’s nothing unusual in her not having resigned yet. Joe Biden didn’t resign his senate seat until 5 days before Obama’s inauguration. Mike Pence remained as Governor until a new Governor was appointed to Indiana on January 9th.

So, will January 6th be the end of it or will you have a new date for the end of it?

      2. V aka Frilly Keane

        Seriously lad#
        I want to believe y#

But Trump hung y# all, and himself

If the fraud was indeed Massive
        And Kracken’normous
Trump wouldn’t have had to be so specific with the winning margin, and his +1
If he won by a lot – he wouldn’t have spent a hour looking for the Georgia Returning Officer to squeeze out less than .001% of the total vote cast
        Less than .001% – pitiful
And an hour? If there was strength, honest conviction and faith in his argument. It would have taken no more than 10 minutes to make the case.
C’mon. Too much. Protest too much etc etc
Same with his pardons. Too much.

And if there was any trust in his endeavours – or real faith, even himself, if he even believed
He wouldn’t have continued to fundraise post the election
He wouldn’t have had to – if the series of errors and this and thats amounted to anything material enough to change the result of that district/ State, then the local organisers/ Returning Officers/ Observers & Count Centre staff would have raised enough queries that the Authorities would have stepped in
I’ve being through enough counts, recounts and disputed and uncertain ballot Battles to know

        Now don’t get me wrong
The whole Dominion thing was shabby and they shouldn’t have been engaged. Or at least make disclosures

The management of Count Centres is careless and untrustworthy- and the way voters are treated is an insult to Democracy
And to every single eligible voter
And to every hopeful candidate on a ballot

Tis like lads in white vans, and false bottomed ballot boxes now

But I’ll keep my fingers crossed for y# on Wednesday
