Some shocking mistakes made during this pandemic.
But the two big problems were persisting with actions that clearly weren’t working and the lack of preparedness for something we were warned about.
This is a very welcome move by SF- at the very least it will put the others on the back and force them to really justify why they don’t want it. Let’s hope the public inquiry also includes the high rate of fatalities this year too.
